Jason and I took Marissa to Washington DC for her 12th birthday...I told her to let me know where she wanted to go and I would take her anywhere she wanted...I did just that...I made her my famous homemade banana cream cake, she loved it!....I had a wonderful time with her & Jason...I rode the Metro to Washington DC and we just parked at Shady Grove to avoid the traffic mess...It was my very first time on a train, not as scary as I thought, lol...omg I MUST go back b/c one day is not enough to explore the Smithsonian......We spent hours just in one building...there is so much to see and learn!
I will return when my grandsons are old enough to explore with me ;-)
